It needs to be sure.

So it keeps returning to the question, running it again, looking for the answer that will finally feel solid enough to stand on.

This is what the need for certainty feels like from the inside. It presents itself as reasonable, as simple due diligence. Surely it is sensible to want to know before proceeding. But the threshold quietly keeps moving. Each answer that arrives is examined carefully and found, somehow, to be not quite enough.

Uncertainty is genuinely uncomfortable. The mind is not wrong to notice it. What happens in anxiety is that ordinary uncertainty becomes something that must be eliminated rather than simply lived with, and the effort to eliminate it slowly takes over.

This recording was created for the middle of that effort.

It does not offer reassurance or a faster path to certainty. Instead, it sits beside the discomfort of not knowing, staying present while the mind pushes for an answer it cannot yet find.

You do not need to have found your answer before you listen.

You only need to be here, in the not-knowing.
